I am Christopher Collins Sr, CEO of MyContactApp, based in Schaumburg, Illinois. I built this company around a problem I kept watching people almost solve — they had something physical, something memorable, but no clean path to get into someone's phone. MyContactApp is the bridge between the moment you meet someone and the moment they actually have your contact in hand. I think about discoverability, flow, and what happens after the handshake every single day.

Frequently Asked Questions

MyContactApp is a digital contact card platform built to make sharing who you are frictionless, memorable, and findable. It is not just a link page — it is a structured identity that works across search and AI discovery.

We are headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois, though the platform serves professionals everywhere.

I am the CEO and founder of MyContactApp. I started this because I kept seeing people get close to a great first impression and then lose the moment because they had no system to convert it. I built the system.

Most digital cards are just a link page. MyContactApp cards are structured so they can be found by AI assistants and search engines, not just people who already have your URL. That is a meaningful difference most people do not know to look for.

Absolutely — and that pairing is actually where the platform shines. Physical materials get attention; MyContactApp gives that attention somewhere to go that actually converts into a saved contact.

Why It Matters

There is a real difference between a digital card that AI and search can find and one that cannot — most people pick without knowing it.

Most people think a digital card is just a link page or a physical device. What they do not realize is that there is a meaningful difference between a card that can be found by AI assistants and search engines and one that cannot. The majority of people choose a platform based on ads or luck — not on whether it actually surfaces when someone is looking for them. At MyContactApp, discoverability is not a feature we bolted on; it is a core design principle built into every card from the start.

AI-Discoverable Professional Card

MyContactApp cards are structured so that AI assistants and search engines can read, understand, and surface your identity when someone asks for who does what you do. It is the difference between existing online and being findable online.

Frequently Asked Questions

It means that when an AI assistant or search engine is trying to answer a question about someone in your field, your card is structured in a way that gets read and returned. A page that is just an image or unstructured text does not qualify.

Honestly, most platforms are built around aesthetics and ease of setup, not around how the web or AI actually indexes information. They look good in a demo but disappear in a search.

A website helps, but it is rarely structured the way a contact card needs to be to be pulled into AI answers or people-search results. A MyContactApp card works alongside your website and fills the identity layer your site was not built to handle.

Search your own name and specialty in a few different ways — including asking an AI assistant who can help with what you do in your area. If your current card does not appear or appear accurately, you have a discoverability gap.

Both, and that distinction is becoming more important every year. Search engines and AI assistants pull from structured, readable web content. MyContactApp cards are built to work in both environments.
